The delivery guarantee
For an eligible fixed-scope sprint, Lian Labs agrees the scope, price and delivery date in writing before work starts. If we miss that date, you may cancel the affected sprint and receive a refund of the fees paid for it.
When it applies
- The proposal explicitly identifies the work as a fixed-scope sprint.
- The scope, dependencies, price and delivery date are accepted in writing.
- Required access, content and decisions arrive by the agreed dates.
- The agreed scope does not change during the sprint.
When the date changes
A date may be revised when the client requests a scope change, delays a required decision or access, or when a third-party service outside our control prevents delivery. Any revised date must be recorded in writing.
What the refund covers
The guarantee covers fees paid for the affected sprint. It does not cover third-party services, hosting, software licences or losses outside the sprint fee.
