- Design and brand kit included
- 30 days of post-launch fixes
The problem
Why most software projects stall.
Not because the idea was wrong, but because the way the work was bought made it slow, expensive and impossible to predict.
Slow to start
Three or four weeks of meetings before the first line of code. Your competitor validates the market while you are still scheduling calls.
A budget that moves
Layered quotes, hidden costs and the phrase “it depends”. Impossible to plan a launch around, and impossible to defend to a board.
Six months of risk
Building for half a year, then finding out it was not what users wanted. The most expensive possible way to learn that.
Too many middlemen
A sales rep, a project manager and a junior developer, none of whom understand what your business actually does day to day.
What you get
Every term fixed before we start.
30 + 60 min
Two meetings, total
One short call to check the fit, one hour to agree the specification. No standing weekly meeting to sit through.
From 14 days
A date, not a range
The delivery window is agreed in writing before work starts, and the scope is locked to protect it.
From $5,000
Fixed price, quoted upfront
One number for the whole build. No hourly billing and no change requests you did not ask for.
Included
Design and interface
UI design is part of the build, and we create a brand kit if you do not already have one.
30 days
Post-launch fixes
Every build ships with a month of bug fixes at no extra cost, so launch issues are covered.
100%
Code ownership
Source code, deployment access and documentation at handover. Nothing stays behind our platform.

Process
How we take you from idea to live software.
Four clear stages from first call to production. Fixed scope at every step, so you always know what ships, when, and what it costs.
Discovery
A short call to understand what you're building, who uses it, and what “done” looks like, captured properly before design or code.
- User roles, permissions and core journeys
- Screens, data model and integrations for v1
- Success criteria we can test against at handover
Scope and quote
A fixed quote for your SaaS or custom build: written features, delivery window and payment terms. No open-ended hourly billing.
- Tier, price and timeline agreed in writing
- Feature list with acceptance criteria
- 50/50 on standard builds; milestones for Enterprise
Build
Focused sprints with a private live link early on. Real software each week, not slide decks.
- Weekly demo and plain-language progress updates
- Staging environment you can click through anytime
- Scope locked; new ideas wait for a follow-on phase
Handover
Everything needed to run and extend the product without us: repository, hosting access, environment notes and a recorded walkthrough.
- Full source code and deployment access
- Handover documentation your team can follow
- No licence fee, no platform dependency
Fit
This works well for some projects, badly for others.
Worth knowing which one yours is before you spend half an hour on a call with us. Take the check, or skim the lists below.
About 60 seconds
Is your project a fit?
A few conditional questions. We will tell you straight whether a fixed sprint makes sense, before you book time with us.
No email required. Answers stay in your browser.
A good fit if
- You have a product idea, or a business already running
- You want it in front of real users quickly
- You have a defined budget and want a firm date
- You are happy to launch version one and build from there
- You want to own the code outright
Not a fit if
- You need a full-time developer inside your team
- You want a detailed six month roadmap before anything ships
- You are after a brochure site or an online store
- You want an open-ended contract billed by the hour
- Your scope needs to stay flexible all the way through
The guarantee
Delivered on the agreed date, or you do not pay for the sprint.
A fixed date is only worth something if missing it costs us rather than you. So it does. That is the whole reason we scope tightly before quoting.
- Scope, price and date agreed in writing before the first line of code
- Scope stays locked for the sprint, so the date holds
- Miss the date on a fixed-scope build and you can cancel for a full refund
Pricing
Simple build pricing.
Scoped around countable product complexity: users, screens, integrations and compliance needs. Delivery time follows the agreed scope.

Consecutive sprints
Typically
3–4sprints
each one 14 days, fixed scope, its own date
For larger products that need several working modules delivered in sequence. Each sprint is scoped and reviewed on its own.
- SaaS build features sequenced across multiple sprints
- Audit logging and documented data flows where required
- SSO and role-based access control
- Security review and architecture documentation
- Handover docs and 100% code ownership
Sprint count agreed on the scoping call. You review after each one.
Book a callBigger than one sprint?
Then it becomes several. Each sprint is its own fixed scope, fixed price and fixed date, delivering a working slice of the product. You review what shipped, then decide what the next sprint targets, so priorities can move between sprints without ever reopening a price.
After launch
The code is yours either way. Running it yourself costs nothing.

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call or write to contact@lian-labs.com.
What happens if Lian Labs misses the delivery date?
For an eligible fixed-scope sprint, if we pass the agreed date you may cancel the affected sprint and receive a refund of its fees. The scope, dependencies and date are agreed in writing before work starts, and project-specific terms control.
Is product design included?
Yes. Interface design and the screens themselves are part of the software sprint. If you do not have an established visual system, we create the product UI needed for the agreed scope.
What if the product is bigger than one 14-day sprint?
It becomes several sprints. Each sprint has its own fixed scope, price and delivery date, and each one delivers a working slice that can be reviewed before the next scope is agreed.
What does the project price cover?
The accepted proposal defines the exact scope. A typical build includes scoping, interface design, development, testing, deployment, handover documentation and 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered scope. Hosting and third-party fees are separate.
Who owns the source code?
The client receives the source code, deployment access and handover documentation for the delivered project. There is no Lian Labs licence fee or required platform subscription after handover.
How does a project start?
A 30-minute discovery call checks whether the problem fits the sprint model. If it does, a scoping session defines the specification, followed by a written proposal with scope, price and delivery date. Nothing is billed until the proposal is accepted.
